Registration fees include:
Registration for the face-to-face congress in Berlin includes access to all onsite sessions, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material and certificate of attendance.
Registration also includes access to COSTEM 2024 recorded content.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until July 31, 2025 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from August 1, 2025 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 11, 2025

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
