Registration for the face-to-face congress in Berlin includes access to all onsite-sessions, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and certificate of attendance.

COSTEM via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record a (virtual or face-to-face) congress and participants to the congress, including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the congress or COSTEM for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a congress, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until September 1, 2024 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from September 2, 2024 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after October 10, 2024
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
