Poster Walk and Awards Session
The Poster Walk and Awards Session will take place on Saturday, September 27th, beginning at 18:45 at the Poster Area in the Exhibition Area.

Visas and Travel Information
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to confirm with their travel agent whether they require a Visa to travel to Berlin. Information about Visa requirements can be found on the World Travel Guide website.
CME Congresses Ltd. will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.

Liability and Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 10th Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Climate
September is a beautiful month in Berlin, with the autumn colors vivid throughout the city. However, it is recommended to be prepared to layer! You can expect an average daily temperature this month to vary – some days will be warmer and around 19°C (about 66°F), however at night, the lows start to tease of the coming winter, with temperatures getting down to 11°C (around 51°F).

EBAH
COSTEM 2025 is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation (EBAH) with 15 EBAH-CME Credit Points. A learner’s questionnaire will be sent to all registered participants to complete. Once this has been completed, the Congress Organizer will confirm your active participation in the COSTEM program with EBAH.

COSTEM 2025 is accredited by the Berlin Chamber of Physicians (Ärzetkammer Berlin) with 12 CME credits. Please check in each day at the Registration Desk to sign-in with your VNR. The Congress Organizer will confirm your active participation in the COSTEM program with AEKB.
