Once you are registered to the COSTEM 2026 Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the congress.
On-site registration:
COSTEM via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the congress or COSTEM for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a congress, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.
To benefit from the lower registration fees, proof of professional standing must be uploaded during the registration process.

Registration for the congress in Berlin includes access to all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks (all as scheduled officially in the program), invitation to Welcome Reception, all printed material of the congress and certificate of attendance.
All registered participants will receive an access link to the 2025 COSTEM Program on demand.
Early Departure Fee
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until July 10, 2026 – 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from July 11, 2026 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 8, 2026.
Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress on Controversies in Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies (COSTEM). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
